RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We ensure every product passes strict quality checks. But if you face any issue, we are here to help.

Return/Exchange Accepted Only For:

You may request a return/exchange within 24 hours of delivery if:

Wrong product delivered

Defective or damaged product
Size received is different from the size ordered
Mandatory Requirements

To approve your request, you must provide:

Unboxing video (without any cuts or pause)
Clear product photos

Order number

Without an unboxing video, no request will be accepted.

Returns Not Accepted For:

Color variation due to lighting (5–10% difference)
Used, washed, worn or altered products
Custom-size, wholesale, or bulk quantity orders
Accessories, sale items or discounted pieces
Minor thread, print or stitching variations common in handmade products

EXCHANGE PROCESS

We verify your request & video.
Pickup is arranged from your location (if the service is available).
Once the returned product passes quality check, your replacement item is shipped within 3–5 working days.
If pickup is unavailable in your area, the customer must self-ship the item to our warehouse.

REFUND POLICY

MOHILYA provides exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not provided, including COD advance.
COD advance amount is only adjusted in exchange orders.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
