1. Use of This Website

MOHILYA reserves the right to update, edit, or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
2. Products & Orders
All products are described as accurately as possible.
Slight 5–10% colour variation may occur due to lighting, screen brightness, or fabric texture.
Sizes may vary depending on fabric stretch and hand measurements.
Order is confirmed only after successful payment of Prepaid or 30% COD advance.
MOHILYA reserves the right to cancel fake, incomplete, or suspicious orders.
3. Payments
We accept secure payments through:
UPI
Razorpay
Debit/Credit Cards
Wallets
Net Banking
COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
COD order requires 30% advance payment.
Remaining 70% is payable at delivery to the courier.
If the customer refuses the parcel or does not accept the delivery, the advance amount is non-refundable.
COD is not applicable for wholesale/bulk orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timeline: 3–8 working days, depending on location.
Remote or rural areas may take longer.Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS/email.MOHILYA is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier partners
Delayed deliveries due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues
Lost packages after courier marks the parcel as delivered
5. Intellectual Property
All images, videos, logos, text, design, and creative content on mohilya.com belong to Mohilya Couture Pvt. Ltd.
Copying, editing, or using our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We follow a customer-friendly yet strict return policy to ensure fairness.
We Accept Returns Only If:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged/defective item received
Wrong size sent by us
Unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory
Not Accepted:
Colour difference
Size issues (if correct size was delivered)
Used, worn, washed clothes
Items without original packaging
Sale/discount products
Wholesale/bulk orders
Exchange Policy
Exchange is provided only for size or product change (if eligible).
No monetary refunds are issued.
Refund is not provided for COD advance.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
7. Limitation of Liability
MOHILYA is not liable for:
Losses due to misuse of products
Website errors or downtime
Payment failures caused by banks/gateways
Packages lost after being marked delivered by the courier
Your use of the website is at your own risk.
8. Wholesale/Bulk Purchase Terms
Different pricing and policies apply to bulk orders.
No COD or returns for wholesale orders.
Minor design, print, or colour changes (up to 10%) are normal in manufacturing and not considered defects.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts only.
10. Updates to Terms
MOHILYA may revise or update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly.
