All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
During heavy sale or festival season, dispatch may take 1 additional day.
Delivery time
Metro cities: 3–6 working days
Other locations: 5–8 working days
Remote areas: 7–10 working days
Shipping charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cod orders follow our 30% advance + 70% cod policy.

Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
Cash on delivery (cod) policy
To secure genuine orders and ensure smooth delivery, we follow an advance cod system.
Cod payment terms
30% advance payment is mandatory for all cod orders.
Remaining 70% amount is payable at the time of delivery (to the courier in cash/upi).
Advance payment details
Your order will be processed only after the 30% advance is successfully paid.
Advance amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused or not accepted at delivery.
For exchange or replacement, the advance is adjusted, not refunded.
